Havana’s General Manager

Pameer Angar, has over 17 Years in the restaurant business. Pameer joined the Havana’s team early 2019 and brings outstanding leadership. With sound knowledge of all restaurant operations, Pameer keeps everyone at Hanana’s focused on delivering exceptional food and service. You’ll often find him interacting with locals and visitors throughout our beautiful property.

Havana’s Executive Chef

Elissa Smith, has over 18 years leading successful restaurant kitchens. Havana’s oyster Rockefeller, citrus ceviche and shrimp & grits are just a few of Chef Elissa’s fantastic menu items that she serves up every day. Her hand cut New York Strip, hand selected local seafood and delicious pastas are sure to give everyone in your party something to enjoy. Havana’s Sous Chef

Havana’s Sous Chef, Tim Wright, has over 19 years of professional island cooking & leadership experience. Tim has cooked great food his whole life with having the best early mentor one could ask for, his mom! Always a great guy to have in the kitchen, Tim’s passion for delivering the best meal in town is always his highest priority at Havana’s.
